My name is Kathrin, with 23 years of experience as a bartender, I bring a passion for the art of cocktail mixing and guest service. My journey began in 2002 in Mallorca, where I worked until 2005 in hotels, beer gardens, and discos, gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry. Afterwards, I moved to Vienna, where I worked for 1.5 years in gastronomy and also completed a barista training to deepen my expertise. I then worked three months in Tel Aviv, where I trained a team, as well as a season in the Sölden ski resort. Additionally, I spent two years on the cruise ship MS Astoria, which further strengthened my skills in international guest contact. In 2008, I worked at Mäxx in Lüneburg, and in 2010, I completed a certified bartender training by the IHK. In 2011, I was involved with the Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg before its official opening. I was trained by Hard Rock instructors and was able to assist in training new teams in cities like New Delhi, Cape Town, Istanbul, Vienna, and Gran Canaria. In 2015, I returned to Mallorca and founded the mobile bar "Whatever." For me, being a bartender is more than just a job – it’s my calling. My goal is to create unforgettable moments for my guests with a smile on my face. I also worked as a Bar Chef at Hotel Europa in St. Moritz during the 2019/20 and 2021/22 seasons.
Mi nombe es Kathrin con 23 años de experiencia como bartender, aporto una pasión por el arte de mezclar cócteles y la atención al cliente. Mi trayectoria comenzó en 2002 en Mallorca, donde trabajé hasta 2005 en hoteles, biergärten y discotecas, adquiriendo valiosa experiencia en la industria de la hospitalidad. Luego, me mudé a Viena, donde trabajé durante 1,5 años en gastronomía y también completé una formación como barista para profundizar mis conocimientos. Después, trabajé tres meses en Tel Aviv, donde formé a un equipo, así como una temporada en la estación de esquí de Sölden. Además, pasé dos años en el crucero MS Astoria, lo que fortaleció aún más mis habilidades en el contacto internacional con los huéspedes. En 2008, trabajé en Mäxx en Lüneburg, y en 2010, realicé una formación certificada como barman por la IHK. En 2011, participé en la apertura del Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg, habiendo sido entrenado por instructores de Hard Rock y ayudando en la formación de nuevos equipos en ciudades como Nueva Delhi, Ciudad del Cabo, Estambul, Viena y Gran Canaria. nnEn 2015, regresé a Mallorca y fundé la Moble Bar Whatever. Para mí, ser barman es más que un trabajo: es mi vocación. Mi objetivo es crear momentos inolvidables para mis clientes con una sonrisa en el rostro.
También trabajé como Jefe de Bar en el Hotel Europa en St. Moritz durante las temporadas de 2019/20 y 2021/22.
